We are proud to celebrate our 4th year of making music in Atlanta. We have selected some of our favorite hip-hop artists in Atlanta, and hope you will come out and hang out with us for the night.

PBR is donating a bunch of beer, and there will be FREE PBR from 9pm till we run out.

Whynatte is also donating product and there will be whynatte and drink specials all night.

2011 A3C Hip-Hop Festival

The 2011 was a tremendous year for the A3C Hip-Hop Festival. 2011 marked the 7th year of the festival, and a year that saw 50% growth across the board. After 7 years it is safe to say that A3C is one of the largest hip-hop festivals and gatherings in the US. Over 15K attended A3C in 2011, including many from out of GA.

There were over 200 artists/DJ who performed at A3C, including: Big Daddy Kane, Big KRIT, Freddie Gibbs, Random Axe, Freeway, Dead Prez, M.O.P, Homeboy Sandman, Aleon Craft, Pill, XV, Fashawn, Action Bronson, Smoke DZA, Saigon, Elzhi, 9th Wonder…and MANY more.

Mike Walbert, of SMKA, is a partner in A3C and the artist director. It his responsibility to book talent and work with different organizations, companies and media outlets to curate, and present, that talent at A3C.

Through the Rabbit Hole was a summer event series presented by SMKA and The Nest. The series took place at the Nest (a new venue in Atlanta) and featured an array of talented local artists. Every event in the series had over 400 ppl in attendance.

SMKA booked, produced and executed the series.

The 808 Experiment: Vol 3 Release Party featured over 12 performances from artists off the project. The event was co-sponsored by Blast by Colt 45. Over 600 ppl came out to the event. 3 Little Digs covered the event with a video documentary (below) and Lee Starnes was present taking pictures (below). Throughout the night, 200+ people came out to the Jarren Benton meets SMKA release party @ 529. Not everyone was able to make it inside, and at about 11:45 the venue reached maximum capacity. The night included performances from a handful of great artists, but was capped off by an amazing performance from Jarren Benton…who SHUT IT DOWN. Kaleena (of Dirty Money) surprised the crowd, with a remix to “Justin Bieber.” Which ended his set and after an encore was requested to play again.
