how something so impressionable, so innocent, so deserving…yet so neglected, so misguided, and ill-informed can not only adapt to any situation. yet teach itself how to overcome build and pass on such groupthinking eventhough they were never given anything in the first place…

and being that hiphop music is the voice of the future… i think today, more than ever, its more of a mother and father to those without than their physical representaion of that. these kids “big brothers” are the people they see and immulate everyday on tv or internet because the real ones neglect to wanna handle that responsibility.. so in turn this is their culture, their legacy.” – Goines
