Shout out to Ian Ford…I found this link through his facebook page. I love videos like this. This stuff fascinates me, and really makes me think about the music business and how deeply influencers effect the business. It also makes you think about, how do people become an influencer.

I believe a majority of people struggle with identity issues. People often ask themselves “who am I?”, which is very natural. And then they look around to find people they identify with…those people they look to are usually strong willed, creative individuals and can be very influential.
