SMKA & Creative Loafing present: Mixt A Vol. 2 – An Atlanta Compilation
When Creative Loafing wanted to put together an Atlanta mixtape compilation, and with their hands full working on the music issue, they hit us up. We reached out to the Atlanta indie music scene and created a compilation that features music from some of Atlanta best underground talent from all different genres. The project has a little something for everyone: hip-hop, funk, rock, metal, alternative and more.
The tape accompanied the CL MUSIC ISSUE, June 2010.

(..and hey, guess who put together the cover art!!!)

I’m starting to like The Soviet Rockets. This is only the second song I’ve heard from them so, it’ll be good to catch them at one of the ATL Stargazing shows. Thanks for putting my crew in the mix with yall on this compilation as well!
